Xisong started doing recycling in 1993. We are quite successful, and have attracted many schools to visit us and observe our methods. At present, there are 3 volunteers in charge of recycling. They help sort the recyclable products, weigh them, and popularize environmental education every Friday morning at the Treasure House. The incoming from recycling will be donated to the school library to buy new books. Xisong has been awarded many environmental protection prizes, and the last time was in 2006.
