My mother has been expecting to be a traffic-guidance volunteer because she thinks helping people makes her happy and she can learn a lot. She said that even though it takes much time, it is worthy.  She also has been observing the volunteers, and found that the resources provided by the school are limited but the volunteers could not say anything about it.  In addition, less and less people would like to be volunteers so most of the present volunteers have to do a lot of things.  She hopes there can be more volunteers to lighten the load.(Li)
