The Organization of the Volunteer Team
γAt present, the volunteer team at Xisong is divided into
six
groups,
which
are
the
Tutorial
Group,
the
Library
Service
Group,
the
Traffic
Guidance
Group,
the
Recycling
Group,
the
Story-telling
Group,
and
the
Counseling
group.
Among
these
groups,
the
Tutorial
Group
consists
of
three
subgroups,
separately
tutoring
English,
Math,
and
Chinese.
The
Traffic
Guidance
Group
contains
a
one
hundred
volunteers,
a../pproximately
half
of
the
total,
while
the
Recycling
Group
contains
the
least,
with
only
three
volunteers.
Nevertheless,
most
volunteers
actually
take
part
in
two
or
more
groups,
which
shows
their
dedication
to
the
children.
