1.
What
do
you
do
in
this
group?
A:
We
take
care
of
children’s
checkouts
and
returns
of
books,
labeling
books,
collating
and
mending
books,
cleaning
up
reading
corners,
and
helping
with
some
school
activities.

2.
How
long
have
you
been
a
volunteer
in
this
group?
A:
About
three
and
a
half
years,
almost
four
years.

3.
Have
you
had
any
difficulties?
How
did
you
overcome
these
difficulties?
A:
What
is
difficult
for
me
is
the
interpersonal
relationships
and
the
allocation
of
jobs.
In
addition,
sometimes
I
have
a
conflict
between
my
own
time
and
the
service
time.
When
there
is
any
conflict,
I
have
to
work
it
out
by
myself.

4.
What
is
the
qualification
for
a
volunteer
librarian?
A:
As
long
as
you
are
zealous
and
your
zeal
can
last
a
long
time.
|

|

|

|
5.
Do
you
have
sufficient
volunteers
in
this
group
now?
A:
There
are
27
volunteers
now,
and
so
far,
it
is
enough,
however,
it
would
be
even
better
if
we
could
have
one
or
two
more
members.

6.
What
is
the
most
difficult
part
working
in
the
library?
Why?
A:
Because
we
just
finished
the
remodel
of
the
windows
in
the
library,
there
are
still
a
lot
books
stored
in
the
boxes
now.
We
need
not
only
to
check
if
there
is
any
book
missing
but
to
renew
the
labels.
However,
some
new
volunteers
are
not
familiar
with
this
process.
It
is
kind
difficult
for
me.

7.
Do
you
feel
fulfilled
volunteering
in
this
group?
A:
I
am
fulfilled.
When
I
first
joined
this
group,
I
found
many
books
were
dirty
and
sticky.
Nevertheless,
all
books
are
tidy
now,
so
I
feel
fulfilled.
|

|

|

|
8.
Any
other
suggestions?
A:
I
hope
we
can
have
more
portable
boxes
to
store
the
books.
