1.
How
long
have
you
been
the
head
of
the
tutorial
group?
A:
I
just
started
as
the
head
from
this
semester,
so
it
has
been
about
three
months.

2.
How
many
children
in
total
do
you
all
tutor?
A:
Ten
in
the
Chinese
division,
fourteen
in
the
math
division,
and
ten
in
the
English
division.
They
are
the
counterparts
of
the
volunteer
tutors.

3.
What
do
you
think
about
these
children
who
receive
tutorials?
A:
They
are
studious.
All
they
need
is
patience
from
the
tutors,
basically,
they
are
the
children
who
need
more
assistance
in
learning.

4.
Presently,
do
you
have
sufficient
volunteers
in
your
group?
A:
It
is
okay
so
far,
however,
I
hope
there
can
be
more
parents
joining
us.

5. What
did
you
gain
from
being
a
volunteer?
A:
I
have
gained
a
lot
of
“joy”
from
the
children.
In
addition,
it
is
good
to
share
experiences
about
daily
life
and
education
to
the
kids
of
other
parents.

Reflections
I
learned
just
how
great
the
volunteers
are
from
the
interviews.
They
are
so
caring
and
patient
to
the
children,
and
they
spend
a
lot
of
time
to
help
them.
I
guess
it
is
because
they
can
make
many
good
friends
by
servicing
the
children,
and
they
are
glad
to
do
so.
I
also
found
that
helping
others
is
not
difficult
at
all.
All
we
have
to
do
is
give
consistently,
and
when
we
see
their
smiles,
we
will
know
it
was
worth
helping
them.
