What is the training process for volunteers like?
The team will assemble all the volunteers when the school year begins to let them get to know each another. In this assembly, the captain first introduces the heads and staffs of all groups, and then the groups train their members separately. The tutorial group will ask the teachers at school to help them understand the curriculum before tutoring starts. All groups have their own training, for instance, the story-telling group sometimes invites lecturers to give speeches. Some of these lectures are the authors of ../picture books, and in addition to related training, they have self-growth study groups.
