Ms. Yang has never been a volunteer or had any teaching activities related to volunteers. However, her impression of volunteers is that they quietly offer their services to others, and provide the children with resources and assistance. She thinks the volunteers at Xisong are kind, friendly, and hard-working. They look after all the children at Xisong as if they were their own children. She thinks the story-telling and traffic-guidance volunteers are important because they tell stories when teachers are not in the class and ensure their safety.
