Introduction

Xisong Petanque Team was established in 2010, and it has been about 5 years. There are two teachers who have coached the team at the school. The first coach was Teacher Chong-hsi Wu who is currently the Group Leader of physical education. The second coach is the current coach, Teacher Rong-rui Hsieh.

The Petanque Team of Xisong Elementary School has 14 players while not everyone can participate in a competition. The Petanque court and equipment are sufficient at Xisong Elementary School. The court is very square, and is similar to the one for the competitions. Also, the court area is big enough so that the players can normally practice together at the same time. This is a big advantage for the Petanque Team players of Xisong Elementary School.
