Reflections

Yesterday, the Cyberfair project team played petanque with Xisong Petanque Team. I originally thought that a petanque match fully depended on luck, but through my practical experience, I discovered that it did not depend on luck. The wining results required hard practices.

Even though Petanque looked easy, it was not easy at all while we actually operated it. Even though we luckily gained three points from them, but we still lost the match at the end. This proved that the match could not depend on luck only, and strength and skills are the most important ones.

We had a match with the Petanque Team. I discovered that we were the luckiest team in history. Especially our big brother was very lucky. He could randomly throw a ball and gain points or hit our balls into the position closer to the jack. I was the second luckiest, since I could randomly throw the ball and gain points too. I feel petanque was super fun. I hope that I have chance to play it again.
